January 25, 1987

“Dear children, behold, also today I want to call you to start living a new life as of today. Dear children, I want you to comprehend that God has chosen each one of you, in order to use you in a great plan for the salvation of mankind. You are not able to comprehend how great your role is in God’s design. Therefore, dear children, pray so that in prayer you may be able to comprehend what God’s plan is in your regard. I am with you in order that you may be able to bring it about in all its fullness. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

February 25, 1987

“Dear children, today I want to wrap you all in my mantle and lead you all along the way of conversion. Dear children, I beseech you, surrender to the Lord your entire past, all the evil that has accumulated in your hearts. I want each one of you to be happy, but in sin nobody can be happy. Therefore, dear children, pray, and in prayer you shall realize a new way of joy. Joy will manifest in your hearts and thus you shall be joyful witnesses of that which I and My Son want from each one of you. I am blessing you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

March 25, 1987 (Special Blessing)

“Dear children, today I am grateful to you for your presence in this place, where I am giving you special graces. I call each one of you to begin to live as of today that life which God wishes of you and to begin to perform good works of love and mercy. I do not want you, dear children, to live the message and be committing sin which is displeasing to me. Therefore, dear children, I want each of you to live a new life without the murder†of all that God produces in you and is giving you. I give you my Special Blessing and I am remaining with you on your way of conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

† “Murder” rather than “destroy” was chosen for the translation of the Croatian word, “ubijanje,” because Our Lady used a very strong word meaning to kill something living. An automobile as well as a human being can be destroyed. The purest translation is “murder.”

 

April 25, 1987

“Dear children, today also I am calling you to prayer. You know, dear children, that God grants special graces in prayer. Therefore, seek and pray in order that you may be able to comprehend all that I am giving here. I call you, dear children, to prayer with the heart. You know that without prayer you cannot comprehend all that God is planning through each one of you. Therefore, pray! I desire that through each one of you God’s plan may be fulfilled, that all which God has planted in your heart may keep on growing. So pray that God’s blessing may protect each one of you from all the evil that is threatening you. I bless you, dear children. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

May 25, 1987

“Dear children, I am calling everyone of you to start living in God’s love. Dear children, you are ready to commit sin, and to put yourselves in the hands of satan without reflecting. I call on each one of you to consciously decide for God and against satan. I am your Mother and, therefore, I want to lead you all to complete holiness. I want each one of you to be happy here on earth and to be with me in Heaven. That is, dear children, the purpose of my coming here and it’s my desire. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

June 25, 1987 (Special Blessing)

“Dear children, today I thank you and I want to invite you all to God’s peace. I want each one of you to experience in your heart that peace which God gives. I want to bless you all today. I am blessing you with God’s Blessing and I beseech you, dear children, to follow and to live my way. I love you, dear children, and so not even counting the number of times, I go on calling you and I thank you for all that you are doing for my intentions. I beg you, help me to present you to God and to save you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

July 25, 1987

“Dear children, I beseech you to take up the way of holiness beginning today. I love you and, therefore, I want you to be holy. I do not want satan to block you on that way. Dear children, pray and accept all that God is offering you on a way which is bitter. But at the same time, God will reveal every sweetness to whomever begins to go on that way, and He will gladly answer every call of God. Do not attribute importance to petty things. Long for Heaven. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

August 25, 1987

“Dear children, today also I am calling you all in order that each one of you decides to live my messages. God has permitted me also in this year, which the Church has dedicated to me, to be able to speak to you and to be able to spur you on to holiness. Dear children, seek from God the graces which He is giving you through me. I am ready to intercede with God for all that you seek so that your holiness may be complete. Therefore, dear children, do not forget to seek, because God has permitted me to obtain graces for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

September 25, 1987

“Dear children, today also I want to call you all to prayer. Let prayer be your life. Dear children, dedicate your time only to Jesus and He will give you everything that you are seeking. He will reveal Himself to you in fullness. Dear children, satan is strong and is waiting to test each one of you. Pray, and that way he will neither be able to injure you nor block you on the way of holiness. Dear children, through prayer grow all the more toward God from day to day. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

October 25, 1987

“My dear children, today I want to call all of you to decide for Paradise. The way is difficult for those who have not decided for God. Dear children, decide and believe that God is offering Himself to you in His fullness. You are invited and you need to answer the call of the Father, who is calling you through me. Pray, because in prayer each one of you will be able to achieve complete love. I am blessing you and I desire to help you so that each one of you might be under my Motherly mantle. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

November 25, 1987

“Dear children, today also I call each one of you to decide to surrender again everything completely to me. Only that way will I be able to present each of you to God. Dear children, you know that I love you immeasurably and that I desire each of you for myself, but God has given to all a freedom which I lovingly respect and humbly submit to. I desire, dear children, that you help so that everything God has planned in this parish shall be realized. If you do not pray, you shall not be able to recognize my love and the plans which God has for this parish and for each individual. Pray that satan does not entice you with his pride and deceptive strength. I am with you and I want you to believe me, that I love you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

December 25, 1987

“Dear children, rejoice with me! My heart is rejoicing because of Jesus and today I want to give Him to you. Dear children, I want each one of you to open your heart to Jesus and I will give Him to you with love. Dear children, I want Him to change you, to teach you, and to protect you. Today I am praying in a special way for each one of you and I am presenting you to God so He will manifest Himself in you. I am calling you to sincere prayer with the heart so that every prayer of yours may be an encounter with God. In your work and in your everyday life, put God in the first place. I call you today with great seriousness to obey me and to do as I am calling you. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

Last year mej.com was forced to go offline because of lack of funding. One individual wrote:

Dear Caritas,
Please don’t take mej.com away.
 

We wrote back saying it was not our intent to do so. We were willing to do everything we could for Our Lady and Medjugorje to keep mej.com online. However, while the work, the operation of Caritas, and the commitment rested upon our shoulders, we could do nothing without funding to keep it going. Mej.com, therefore, went offline. For 16 days we truly did not know if it would come back. It was out of our power to keep mej.com running, because its future rested on the shoulders of the users of mej.com to respond by funding our efforts in running mej.com. Learning from Our Lady’s messages, we, at Caritas, do not know how to do a task only halfway. We work for Our Lady and we give our all. Mej.com could not continue limping along, nor could we continue to do what Our Lady was calling us to do without proper funding and a budget. Though we had little funding, we did have a loyal following, such as the following letter illustrates:

Dear Caritas,

I live in what has become a pagan land Ireland. I always download the podcasts and listen while I’m driving. I totally believe that the Holy Spirit is using mej.com to speak to us in a way that none of our priests are prepared to. It was with great pleasure that I signed up for the monthly donation. I’m self-employed and I have not been getting the amount of work I need so money is very tight, but I will continue to support mej.com, as the spiritual food I receive from your site is as important as the food I need for me and my family.
I will continue to donate additional amounts when I can, and I would ask that you always have a reminder to us users of mej.com to donate. May Our Holy Blessed Mother continue to lead us all to Her Son.

For 60 days previous to mej.com being forced to go offline, we had repeatedly appealed and requested donations with little response. Everyone was assuming that mej.com would be there without their help. Most everyone assumed everyone else was donating. They were not, and mej.com was suddenly gone. We needed to raise funds for a one year budget to implement plans for a system and an infrastructure that was capable of a massive outreach, available to the whole world, for the purpose of propagating and spreading Our Lady’s messages.

Our Lady said:

May 8, 1986

"Dear children, you are the ones responsible for the messages…you are the vessels which transport the gifts… I am calling you to do your job with responsibility. Each one shall be responsible according to his own ability. Dear children, I am calling you to give the gifts to others with love, and not to keep them for yourselves…”


Medjugorje’s call is the Third Luminous Mystery: “The Proclamation of the Kingdom of God” and “The Call to Conversion.” It is Our Lady who repeatedly puts out the call:

“…I call you to conversion…”


After being offline, many began to donate and pray. They also began to contact others and the word spread quickly. We made a commitment to come back online when at least 2,100 people committed 14¢ per day, which was just over ½ the budget needed to continue to keep our nose above water.


The total needed was 4000 people to commit to 14¢ per day to make mej.com what it is now. Four thousand people, committed for a year, would give us the budget of $208,000. The 4000 would make up a special core group of people who form the support base to supply mej.com to the population of the world, free. We were able to come back online sixteen days later on March 11, 2009 when we reached 2100 people who committed with their donations. We still had 1900 more people to reach the 4000 people goal necessary for an annual budget. By mid-March, 4000 people responded and the budget of $208,000 was reached. There were not actually 4000 people, as many donated over 14¢ per day, such as the person who wrote the following letter. This one person covered for four people per day.

With mej.com successfully back online, and now with a budget, plans and projects took shape and a very aggressive schedule was planned for June 1, 2009. Mej.com became a redirect for the brand new Medjugorje.com, a domain name the core group members helped acquire. It was a whole new site, prayerfully and thoughtfully planned for years. It quickly moved in ranking from page 6 to the first page on Google. Through God’s grace, Medjugorje.com began to feed Medjugorje to its users in a way not yet achieved in the Medjugorje Movement. Medjugorje.com also changed the Medjugorje presence on the worldwide web – a positive for everyone in bringing many Medjugorje websites to a higher quality and standard. This brings more credibility to the worldwide Medjugorje Movement and is a benefit for all, especially as the time of the Secrets approach. Our Lady asked us to be a witness to attract others to conversion. So we see the same, that how we spread Our Lady’s messages is a witness and has helped others spread Her messages. It lifts the whole Medjugorje Movement up, just as each of our personal witnesses lifts others up. Love for Our Lady and others drives this force.

For those who contributed last year. Thank you! Thank you for accepting an invitation to be part of a special group who is building and supplying Medjugorje.com to millions in the future.
 

We now are faced with this year’s budget goals. Presently seven Community members are holed up fulltime, working fifteen hours a day, six days a week, without distractions or interruptions in an isolated place. They will be working and planning this year’s projects and goals for 2010-2011. So we ask you if Medjugorje.com is worthy of your support and prayers, to please be one of 4000 core group members for 14¢ a day who will provide Medjugorje.com to millions in the future – free. Therefore, we ask you to judge us.

• Judge the Community of Caritas and how Our Lady has used this Community who operates Medjugorje.com.
 

Our life is dedicated as missionaries of Medjugorje to keep you connected to Medjugorje, to help you maintain your zeal and to help you grow in conversion as well as others, such as what is stated in the following letter:
 

“I have only recently discovered your amazing Medjugorje website. This is such a wonderful blessing for me because I have now been reawakened from my long dark slumber concerning Our Lady’s call from this blessed place. Even though I had been to Medjugorje many years ago, I had lost my love and zeal for what was happening there, with recent negativity towards the authenticity of the supernatural origins of the apparitions. I was even beginning to doubt myself. But, thank God, this is no more!

The hope for you to keep mej.com alive for 14¢ a day or $1.00 a week should not be looked at as a burden, but a ‘privilege’ to help Our Lady fulfill God’s desires “…to convert the entire world…” 06-25-07 Thank you.
 

Your donation will build something Medjugorje.com does not have, nor the Medjugorje Movement. You cannot image what is being planned. We are very excited where Our Lady is leading us. We are looking, peering into the future, anticipating what tools and capabilities we will need to continue to develop into a special powerful force that will spread Medjugorje throughout the world. We are prayerfully studying how we will handle the great moment of evangelization once the release of the secrets take place. We are looking how we will integrate:
