April 27, 2015 A.D.

Four years ago, April 27, 2011, the men of the Caritas Community, along with the single consecrated were gathered for the normal silent prayer time at 5 AM. A report posted the day after read:

"...In the Field, the morning of Wednesday April 27, we could see dark clouds churning in the sky, and at around 5:30 a.m. the nearby sirens began to go off while the wind was picking up and lightning began to flash in the sky. A strange orange light appeared from where the storm was coming. Though we often sit through thunderstorms during 5:00 a.m. prayer during the year, this storm coming promised to be worse than normal..."

The storm blew in quickly, bringing with it a tornado, while the Community peacefully got ready for the day. It was followed by blue skies. However, reports were coming in that a far worse storm was coming. When it did later in the day, it had horrific consequences.

Caritas Barn, April 27, 2011

The barn outside the Tabernacle of Our Lady's Messages, April 27, 2011. Hail can be seen mixed with the rain. This picture was taken as the second line of storms blew in later in the day. While this picture was taken, a tornado, one mile wide, ripped across Birmingham, Alabama, leaving a trail of devastation and death. The Birmingham tornado was part of a massive storm that meteorologists said reached eleven miles high. Yet, in the midst of all of this, the Community was in peace. A Friend of Medjugorje recently said during the April 25, 2014 Radio WAVE show:

"...Our Lady's never gonna let us go. We do not have to be alone and in doubt. She's our confidence."

When the messages of Our Lady are put into life, and become a physical reality, they are everything: direction, confidence, and protection. Without them, we become as Our Lady just said on April 25, 2014:

"...Your soul is restless because your spirit is weak and tired from all worldly things..."

Build the messages into life, make them a physical reality, beginning with prayer. The founder of Caritas endured great hardship because of his decision to live the messages and make them not just a multiplication of prayers, but a physical reality. The hardships endured while building, now bring peace and resiliency. Do the same, and when the storms predicted, the storms that society will surely see, become a reality, you will find yourself in peace while everything crashes around you.
