“I Made the Right Decision” - Historic Caritas Pilgrimage

October 21, 2020 A.D.

Yesterday was the first day on-site, at Caritas of Birmingham. This historic pilgrimage is the first time when many things are told about a Friend of Medjugorje and the plans of Our Lady here, which have never before been revealed.

(Caritas photo, Tuesday, October 20, 2020, 4:01 PM ) - The pilgrims, after visiting and praying at two other spots where no one outside of the Caritas Community has been, prayed the Stations of the Cross while climbing to the Cross on Penitentiary Mountain.

Here is what a few pilgrims said yesterday:

“I’m here because I need help in my life… I believe that Mary is the answer to my problems, and I believe in everything going on here. I don’t want to miss out on what’s going on here and I’m seeing I made the right decision.”

“My wife went to Medjugorje without me one year, and came back and tried to convince me to go. I guess the second-best thing to do, she brought me here in March of this year (2020) before the pandemic and I really felt a significant change inside of me. So, we decided to make this pilgrimage together this time.”

We were touched to receive some wonderful notes yesterday from people around the world, who shared that they are praying for the Caritas pilgrims. A Friend of Medjugorje wanted us again, to say that we will be praying for all of you, from here in this special “place” sanctified by Our Lady’s presence and Her messages.
